Kyla O’Connell has more than two decades of remarkable experience as a sales professional, sales leader, trainer, and coach. 

During her tenure as a vested partner at ASHER, Kyla played a pivotal role in the training and mentorship of sales personnel nationwide and globally including engagements spanning Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Canada, and China. 

She later launched her own firm, Win Win advising companies. 

In February 2024, Kyla was even invited to be the keynote speaker for a global sales conference in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
